As an Outreach Specialist, you are on the front lines of our mission — meeting high-risk people where they are, building trust within marginalized communities across Ontario, and connecting them to Hepatitis C (HCV) and HIV screening, education and treatment. This is a mobile, field-based role for a self-directed, results-oriented person who thrives outside a traditional office.
