We're looking for a Community Engagement Specialist whose primary focus is growing HepCURE's physician network. We already know exactly who to target — you'll be handed a curated list of the specialists and physicians who see the patients we serve: infectious disease, gastroenterologists, and addiction medicine and primary care physicians. No prospecting, no cold list-building — just execution: get in the room, promote our program, and bring physicians on board as referral partners who send us clients that meet our qualification criteria. You'll own the full relationship — the first meeting, the sign-up, the setup, and the ongoing monthly and quarterly in-person contact — and report directly to the Executive Director and/or designate.

As an Outreach Specialist, you are on the front lines of our mission — meeting high-risk people where they are, building trust within marginalized communities across Ontario, and connecting them to Hepatitis C (HCV) and HIV screening, education and treatment. This is a mobile, field-based role for a self-directed, results-oriented person who thrives outside a traditional office.

As a Driver / Outreach Staff member, you keep our mobile mission moving — doing most of the driving of our ambulance between communities across Ontario, handling day-to-day field logistics, and supporting the team as they connect high-risk people to Hepatitis C (HCV) and HIV screening, education and treatment. This is a mobile, field-based role for a reliable, safety-minded person who thrives on the road and outside a traditional office.
